•25 Switz Samosa Patti
•1 cup cooked and drained chick peas
•1 onion chopped fine
•1 small piece crushed ginger
•2 crushed cloves of garlic
•1 medium fine chopped tomato
•1 teaspoon curry powder
•8 mint leaves
•2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
•2 tbsp vegetable oil
•Refined vegetable oil
•Salt to taste


1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, put in onion, garlic and ginger and fry till pink.
2. Put in curry powder and chickpeas and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add the tomato and salt and fry till dry
4.Cool and mix in mint leaves and coriander leaves.
5.Fill in the samosa leaves to make 25 samosas.
6.Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown.
