•25 Switz Samosa Pattis
•2 chopped spring onions, no leaves
•4 boiled & chopped eggs
•Salt to taste
•1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
•1⁄4 teaspoon pepper powder
•1⁄2 teaspoon mustard powder or paste
•1 medium fine chopped tomato
•1 Cup fresh Cream
•Refined Vegetable oil


1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Fill in the samosa leaves to make 25 samosas.
3. Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown.
