1. Prepare your choice of vegetarian or non-vegetarian filling. Make sure the preparation is dry or semi-dry.
  2. Cook the paratha as per instructions till fluffy. Take care not to over-cook it as rolling could become difficult.
  3. Apply your choice of sauce, if required. Place your prepared filling in a straight line in the center of the Paratha and roll-over the two ends.
  4. Cut the roll into 4-5 pieces and insert toothpicks.
