• Switz Samosa Patti
• 2 Cups chopped mushrooms
• 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1⁄2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
• 2 Cloves of minced garlic
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 tbsp butter
• Refined vegetable oil for deep- frying
• Salt as per taste


1. Heat butter in a pan add minced garlic and mushrooms & fry.
2. Add cumin powder and fry for 1 minute.
3. Set aside till cool. If there is any water, drain totally.
4.Add pepper powder and cheese,and mix well.
5. Fill the samosa leaves with the filling to make samosas.
6.Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown.
