1. Prepare your choice of vegetarian or non-vegetarian filling. Make sure the preparation is dry or semi-dry.
  2. Cook two parathas as per instructions till fluffy.
  3. Spread your prepared fillings on one of the parathas along with some cheese.
  4. Place the other paratha over this to make a circular sandwich.
  5. Cook the quesadilla on both sides in the pan, pressing both sides so they stick together. Remove and cut the pieces. Serve with your choice of sauce.
