•12 Switz Spring Roll Sheets
•3 tbsp flour
•¼ cup of water
•½ cup chopped spring onion whites
•1½ cups shredded mixed vegetable:
(French beans, carrots and cabbage)
•¾ cup bean sprouts
•½ cup boiled hakka noodles
•2 teaspoon soy sauce
•½ cup chopped spring onion greens
•1 tbsp oil
•Salt to taste
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2.Add the vegetables, bean sprouts and spring onions,sprinkle some water and cook covered until soft, yet crunchy.
3.Turn heat to high, then add the soya sauce and the boiled hakka noodles. Mix well for a minute on high.
4.Lower heat. Mix in salt and pepper. Remove from fire and cool.
5.Drain the filling thoroughly n order to ensure a dry mixture.
