Ingredients:    

•25 Switz Samosa Patti
•2 cups chicken mince
•3⁄4 cup fine chopped capsicum
•1 large fine chopped onion
•1 medium fine chopped tomato
•2 cloves of fine minced garlic
•2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
•1 teaspoon curry powder
•Juice of 1⁄2 a lemon
•3 tbsp vegetable oil
•Refined vegetable oil for deep frying
•Salt to taste

 

Method:
1. Heat the 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Put in the onion and fry till light brown.
2. Add garlic and tomato and fry for 1 minute. Put in the chicken and fry for another minute.
3. Add the curry powder and salt, and cook on medium flame till done.
4. Add capsicum and fry on high flame till the mixture is completely dry.
5. When cool, add fry on high flame till the mixture is completely dry.
6. Fix the Samosa leaves to make 25 samosas. Heat oil and deep fry till golden brown.
